Returns Policy

  1. Introduction

1.1          We will only accept returns within a period of seven days following delivery

1.2          We will only accept returns where it is evident that a manufacturing fault pre-existed with the product.

1.3          This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.

1.4          This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.

1.5          This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  1. Returns procedure

2.1          In order to take advantage of your rights under our Terms and Conditions, you must return the goods together with the advice note delivered to you with your goods which allows us to identify your goods

2.2          Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery to Signature Pet Care using the label provided with your delivered goods to Signature Pet Care, c/o CBF Fulfilment, 1 Alvin Street, Gloucester, GL1 3EJ.

2.3          You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy

3.Refunds

3.1          We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

3.2          We will refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.

3.3          We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

3.4          We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

3.5          No refund will be made where, in our opinion, the returned product shows any evidence of alteration, misuse, neglect or abuse.

3.6          It is a condition of our policy that the purchaser should contact us prior to making a return. If appropriate, we will provide you with a return reference  number and a return address. This is not our postal address.
